The Central Mental Hospital is serviced by the Green Line Luas to Windy Arbour station:
Leave Windy Arbour station on the same side as you exit the Luas (Coming from St Stephens Green), Continue walking straight ahead through St Columbanas Estate until you reach Dundrum Road (approx. 4-5 minutes walk), the Central Mental Hospital is directly across the road. For your own safety you are advised to use the nearby pedestrian crossing.
